Questions
Does this code expire?
No, and it cannot. A static code has no service behind it: the address is in the pattern. Nothing here can be switched off, rate-limited or taken away, because there is nothing here to switch off.
Can I change where it goes later?
Not this one. Changing the destination after printing needs a short link in the middle, and a short link needs an owner, which is what the account is. If the code is going on something you will reprint anyway, static is the simpler choice.
Is anything stored?
No. The code is drawn in your browser and the address you typed is never sent anywhere. Closing the tab is all the deleting there is to do.
Which file should I use for print?
SVG, PDF or EPS. All three are vector, so the code stays sharp at any size. PNG is for a screen. Do not scale a PNG up for a poster.
