Tracking
You find out exactly where customers come from.
Every code has its own story: how many scanned, when, and from which material: the flyer, the van, the menu. You see it in your account. If you use Google Analytics, it lands there too, tagged correctly, and you see the GA4 row before you print.
The analogy
It is as if every flyer had its own phone number.
And you knew exactly which one rings. One code on the van, one on the flyer, one on the business card. A week later you see which of them brought the customers, and next time you know where to spend, and where not to.

Why the placement matters
Not one code everywhere. One code in every place that matters.
The same code on ten materials tells you one thing: they scanned. Ten codes, one per material, tell you what you actually want to know: which material brings customers. The shop window or the flyer? The van in traffic or the pizza box? That is how you learn where it is worth investing and where it is not.
What we do behind it
You do not need to know what a UTM is.
We build it correctly, every time, for every code. You only see the answer.
What you see in the account
Your numbers, without digging for them.
- How many scanned
- each code, in total and per day.
- From which material
- flyer, van, menu, shop window, side by side, so you can compare.
- When
- which day works best.
- Roughly where
- the city, not the person. We store no IP addresses.
- The last scan
- so you see at a glance what is still working for you.
The city is part of the Pro breakdowns. Everything else on this list is on every plan.
The monthly summary
The answer, in one paragraph.
The account carries a short summary: which code had how many scans, which grew, which stayed. No searching through charts. Just the answer. On Pro it also arrives by email on the first of each month, looking like this:
Subject
September: 167 scans on your codes
- The van118+31
- Flyer, north side43−9
- Business card6same
- in total167
Your codes keep working, they do not expire, and we asked you for nothing. That stays.
The summary is in the account on every plan, from the same numbers as the tiles. The email goes to Pro accounts, and you can turn it off from your account page.

Why QR scans show up as Unassigned in GA4
GA4 has no default rule for a qr medium, so under the default channel group these scans land in Unassigned. That is not an error, it is a list you are not on, and the row still reads flyer-a5 / qr under session source and medium. One custom channel group fixes it for good: Admin, Data display, Channel groups, a rule where session medium exactly matches qr, named Print. We add the parameters at scan time, not in the image: the code on the paper stays clean and you can re-tag it any time. The redirect is a plain 302 with no page in between, so no self-referral row appears and you need no referral exclusion. The parameters are checked as you type (lowercase, no duplicates, no spaces) and you see the GA4 row before you print, not after.

No card. The first codes are free and stay free.
